Design Brief:
Empower families and groups of friends who travel together in a collaborative way to document, organize, and share their travel experiences and stays to the larger Airbnb community.
In a mobile app, provide a way to combine photos and/or notes and transform their shared family trips into immersive stories about the culture and destinations they visit.
Final Product
Wanderlust - We believe human experiences are a book to be uncovered. Every individual has a desire for their own story to be shared. Especially in times when we’re apart, stories are what brings us closer than ever. Wanderlust captures the memories we want to make, we have made, and we have yet to make. So, the next question is: where to?
What is Wanderlust?
Wanderlust is a new app partnered with the Airbnb app to provide users with a fun and new way to find places to travel to. Utilizing shared user experiences, we wanted users to explore and find new locations to travel to based off of other Airbnb user’s experiences.
